Earn your CEUs to maintain your CISSN, SNS, or BCC credentials at home.
Successfully pass 4 take home exams per year based on publications in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition and you will attain 1 CEU.
Who is eligible - anyone has the CISSN, SNS, or BCC credential.
When do you take the exams? You can take them one at a time at your convenience within the calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31). You must pass each exam prior to taking the 2nd, 3rd and 4th exam, respectively.
After I register and pay for the exams, then what? An official ISSN liaison will email you the exam(s) with the link corresponding JISSN research paper. Note that you only need to register ONCE; one registration will allow you to take 4 CEU Exams.
How much is each take home exam worth? 0.25 CEU
How much does it cost? ISSN Student Member $100.00, ISSN Professional Member $150.00, ISSN Fellow $200.00 and Non-Member $300.00
If I successfully complete 4 exams per year, will that be sufficient to maintain one's CEUs? Yes
How long is the exam? 10-20 Multiple Choice, True-False, or Short Answer Questions.
After I take the exam, then what? You will scan and email the exam to: Michelle Adams, MPH, CISSN at [email protected] and cc [email protected]
It will take 7-10 business days to let you know if you have passed the exam.
