9:00am-10:10am - Brad Schoenfeld PhD CSCS-D, CSPS-D, NSCA-CPT-D, FNSCA - Facts and Fallacies of Fat Loss. The nutrition field is rife with folklore that often leads to bizarre practices. Dr. Schoenfeld's lecture will separate nutritional fact from fiction to reveal the real truth about many myths and misconceptions associated with losing body fat. An evidence-based approach is taken to examine the validity of many long-held beliefs in this informative seminar. Dr. Schoenfeld is an Assistant Professor at Lehman College.
10:10am-11:20am - Jose Antonio PhD FNSCA FISSN CSCS - High Protein Diets: Health and Body Composition. Dr. Antonio will cover some of his most recent data on high protein diets. Dr. Antonio is the CEO of the ISSN and an Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University in Davie FL.
11:20am-12:30noon - Tony Ricci MS FISSN CSCS - Nutrition for the Mixed Martial Arts - Mr. Tony Ricci will present a series of case reports on what he actually does with MMA fighters in getting them ready for fights. He is the performance coach and sports nutritionist for 15 professional fighters including 6 World Champions in Boxing, Kickboxing, Bellator and the UFC.

What about dairy versus non-animal sources? Dr. Wilson is the Head of Science and Innovation at Maximum Human Performance.
