Alan Feldstein has been involved in the dietary supplement industry since 1997 when he became part of a management team of a 150 million dollar supplement company. Alan was also the driving force that helped create and organize several industry associations and coalitions to help in an ongoing effort to educate the general public, elected legislators and federal and state administration officials on the facts and science regarding dietary supplements.  He has comprehensive experience in drafting legislation, working with legislators and agency officials and advising companies on how to convey their messages in a positive and effective manner. He also regularly assists nutritional companies with contracts, copyright and trademark, litigation supervision, claim substantiation and regulatory issues.
