Damon Hayhow is the President of Body Recompositioning Australia; the Founder and Director of Biologic Labs and Body Recompositioning Solutions; a former IFBB Australian Bodybuilding Champion; CAPO Australian Powerlifting Champion and multiple Australian Record holder; AWPC World Record Holder in the Deadlift; and former President of the Australian WPC affiliate, CAPO. He has 19 years experience as a trainer and nutritionist, training athletes to achieve World Records in Powerlifting and National Titles in Bodybuilding.
